16+ Come and enjoy an inspiring early morning event on the beach starting with a 30-minute gentle yoga session with Emer of Elevate Wellbeing, followed by a 30 minute sauna session with The Hot Pod in their wooden barrel sauna with views over the sea. Dip in and out for a sea swim as you please. Lastly enjoy a delicious breakfast of overnight oats (vegan & gluten free) and coffee of choice served by Castle End Coffee.

Times:  Saturday and Sunday – 6.00am, 6.30am, 7.00am and 7.30am

Yoga is suitable for beginners. Please bring your own mat and blanket if possible.
