AN INTERIOR SPACE” is a pop-up exhibition featuring three artistic contributors who together are reimagining the interior space.  Waterford landscape artist, Ciara Gormley, Artisan craft and ceramic selection from I AM OF IRELAND Gallery, and Irish Master Gilder, Susan Mulhall whose gold leaf gilded mirrors feature.

Ciara Gormley, from Dungarvan, draws inspiration for her work from the landscape, layering colour and interpreting lines through light and space.  Her work frequently returns to trees, as she captures shifting branches and the interlacing effect producing a myriad of abstract forms.  Ciara’s recent exhibitions include Hambly and Hambly, Silson Contemporary, Harrogate and The Violet Hour, London. Ciara was also a member of the London Turps Mentorship Programme 2023.

I am of Ireland gallery gallery specialises in fine art, ceramics, blown glass, willow and Irish primitive furniture.  This exhibition will see a curated edit of their collection as together with Ciara Gormley they reimagine an Interior Space.  Featured artists include Jack Doherty, Joe Hogan, Marcus O’Mahony, and Lucinda Robertson.

Susan Mulhall is a renowned Irish MasterGilder and restorer whose work can be seen in stately homes and private collections throughout Ireland including Dublin Castle, Castletown House, Fota, Farmleigh and Ballyfin Demesne. In 2024 she intends to open her private mirror collection for purchase and has catalogued them on her new website https://antiquemirrorsireland.ie/.
