In this unique, lunch time event we are honouring four local female entrepreneurs who spearheaded our local food and hospitality industry here in Dungarvan.  This important lunch honours their achievements and thankfully they are now in a position to relax and chat with us about their careers! We are delighted to honour Eileen Harty, Gertie Ormonde, Esther Barron, Laurann Fitzgerald and Lauri Coakley all of whom have left a lasting legacy in the realms of hospitality and food production. Their dedication, talent, determination, and good humour have set the stage for the excellent reputation Dungarvan enjoys today in food and hospitality. We are delighted to have Georgina Campbell, a renowned and hugely respected food writer, joining for lunch, and a follow-on conversation to recount experiences and memories as food entrepreneurs since the 70s .
