A CELEBRATION OF IRELAND’S VIBRANT CULINARY HERITAGE
Natural storytellers and food historians Seáneen Sullivan, Santina Kennedy and Anthony O’Toole are cooking dinner at Lismore Castle, to create a memorable banquet. Custodians of Ireland’s vibrant food culture, Seáneen, Santina and Anthony are at the forefront of Ireland’s gastronomy, wearing many hats in our food and drink communities. The evening will celebrate some of Ireland’s much-loved food and drink producers alongside vegetables, herbs and fruits from the gardens of Lismore Castle and Anthony’s ‘Fat Tomato’ edible garden. Expect a nod to the past with excitement for the future and lots of stories in between.
